Joe Steigman founded Legacy Entrepreneurs to help business owners in Middle Tennessee sell, step back, or prepare for what’s next with practical guidance and a process built around the owner.
He brings together military logistics experience, small business ownership, management consulting, valuation training, and hands-on acquisition experience — giving owners a grounded perspective through one of the most important transitions of their lives.

Joe began his career managing the movement of people, equipment, and supplies across complex environments. He learned how to break down complex systems into clear repeatable steps and lead teams under pressure.

After the Army, Joe earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, building a foundation in operations, marketing, data, and business strategy.

Business Owner + Consultant
Joe launched a final-mile delivery business in North Carolina and later supported Fortune 100 companies as a management consultant, helping build scalable, repeatable systems.

Small Business Acquisition Experience
Joe helped a close friend acquire a business in Washington state, served as an investor and advisory board leader, and supported its growth through multiple expansion deals. That business later exited with a 4x return for investors.
